Kyle Cooper- Title Sequences

In class we looked at an American title sequence designer called Kyle Cooper. One of his most famous works are the opening titles to a 1996 movie called Se7en starring Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman.

These are the things he says are required for a good title sequence:

• Excitement, to draw the audience and make them want to watch the film
• Sets Tone for the film
• Gives the relevant information while fitting into what's happening in the scene.
